Meto Development is a Pacific Northwest real estate firm led by Graydon Manning and Jordy Skovborg. With over 40 years of combined experience, we’ve built a reputation for managing projects of all sizes—from local community developments to large, multi-million-dollar ventures across the region.

Jordy Skovborg brings more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, spanning development, investment, and asset management. He’s led projects across multiple sectors and specializes in structuring and delivering build-to-suit facilities that align with tenants’ operational and financial goals.

Graydon Manning has over a decade of experience in residential multifamily and mixed-use development. He’s overseen more than $218 million in new construction, delivering 600+ apartment and student housing units, and has directed large-scale renovation programs covering over 10,000 units annually.
