The Current is a 166,000 SF, 202-unit mixed-use development featuring ground-floor retail, townhomes, a plant wall, and a spa amenity deck. The project incorporates innovative structural design, stormwater retention, and tuck-under parking, and achieved LEED Gold certification for its sustainable approach. The Current was executed by Horizon Realty Advisors where Graydon was the Development Director prior to the formation of Meto.
